Shipping and payment

Shipping

Our online printing company is working with the CDEK (Express Courier Delivery Service) company to provide you with the delivery of orders in Russia.
When placing an order, there is going to be a widget available on the website. This widget allows you to select pick-up points on an interactive map of your city. You can always choose the closest to you CDEK pick-up point.

When choosing pick-up points (PP), you may use the interactive map, as well as select PP from the list.

If you need a door-to-door shipping, you can choose it when placing an order. A delivery man will contact you by phone in advance and bring an order to your office or home at the designated time.

Payment to account
You can pay an order bill as a legal entity, as well as an individual on the website. An invoice is issued automatically after placing an order. Account details for invoicing are taken from a form you need to fill out on the website when placing an order.

For this you'll need to have TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number), BIC bank and account number on hand. Everything else is transferred automatically to the website from open specific sources (TIN: name of the LLC, CJSC, IE; BIC: name of a bank, correspondent account).

When choosing payment based on account, you have two options:
  • To issue an invoice not including VAT, considering that your legal entity or an individual are not VAT payers;
  • To issue an invoice including VAT, considering that your legal entity is a VAT payer.

As a result of placing an order, you will receive an invoice that you will have to pay. If you don’t remember where you saved your invoice, you can always go to a client’s personal account (CPA), find a relevant order in the “Order History” section and download that invoice again.

Also, after paying an invoice you can upload a scan of a payment order to a CPA, in order to speed up a production process. The printing company will see it in its MIS system and will send your order to production without wasting time on waiting for funds to arrive at a checking account
